The 20-year retrospective of the ArtMagna Federation was, like all its past events, highly appreciated by a large and enthusiastic audience. Thirty visual artists members of the federation, representing a wide range of disciplines and selected by president Nathalie Samson, were showcased across the three floors of the remarkable venue known as the Seed Factory.

In my work, I attempt to rewrite myths featuring heroines punished for their independence and defiance of established rules. In a style with post-impressionist influences, I give them back all their complexity, and through the dichotomy of style, I allow them to regain their freedom to be themselves. It's also through the intervention of the model and her interpretation of the character that the reality of femininity can shine through.
